The GEMs System
The object of this system is for users to be able to quickly get an overview of their event anywhere from conception to implementation to conclusion. The system will show the latest status, figures, physical layout designs, participants, suppliers, and any other important variables that are all linked to a detailed digital map of the event site. The user can choose to view all of the layers at once, or just select specific layers. The GEM system is flexibility and simplicity at your fingertips.
Your Control Panel
GEMs offers the possibility for any event manager to conveniently link into other applications. The result is your own tailored control panel that allows you to access the information you need at any given moment without browsing various applications. Links from the GEM system may include anything from interactive web designs, database files, excel sheets, text files, graphics software, or basically any desired application. Your control panel can also be customized to include any languages that may be required.
The idea is to let the user avoid searching through the wrong data and let the user spend more time analyzing and utilizing the right data. The time that GEMs can save a user becomes very significant as the number of days of any event increases. There is no expertise required once the system is in place, only an open mind and electricity.

The benefits of the GEM system are the following:
